Objective

This laboratory, through research on personal careers in an ever-changing environment, supports autonomous and sustainable learning to establish a learning community and to strengthen competitiveness of participants' careers. In addition, it supplies up-to-date methods and information on careers to graduates and students of SFC as a contribution to the SFC community.

Goal

  • This laboratory plays a leading role as a new careers research organization in Japan.
  • Cooperating with research organizations abroad, it is geared to disseminate information from a global standpoint.
  • This laboratory aims to build partnerships between organizations and individuals in the 21st century by encouraging new ideas regarding careers and self-reliance.
