（１）研究成果

本年度は「東アジアにおけるマニフェストと政策インフラ」をテーマとして、国際的な学術交流を行ってきた。今まで日本と韓国を中心にマニフェストの導入とその普及を図ってきたが、ここ何年かは、台湾にもその活動の範囲を広げて、マニフェスト分析と実践を行ってきた。本年度の具体的な活動成果としては、次の二つの大きな学術大会を行ったことである。本年度は、佐賀大会と台北大会を一体のものと位置づけ、両大会により、東アジアの政策インフラとマニフェストの促進に重要な役割を果したといえる。とくに、台北大会は2012年1月の台湾総統選挙を目指したもので、マニフェストの導入については、国立政治大学の選挙研究センターとの協力で大規模な大会を催すことができた。簫万長副総統や民進党の総統候補者の蔡英文も大会に参加しそれぞれ挨拶をしたことにも表れている。台湾のマニフェストも実質的な段階に入ることができる。
