■研究成果の概要

2013年度においては、スマートフォンから得られるセンサ情報をリアルタイムにクラウドに送信し、クラウド上でビッグデータ分析を行うソフトウェアの設計構築に関する実習教材を開発した。具体的には、ソフトウェア工学講義に用いる教材として、JavaScript言語を用いて、スマートフォンのGPS、加速度センサ、カメラから得られる情報をWebSocketを通じてリアルタイムにクラウド環境へ送信する方法、および、送信された情報をデータベースシステムに格納し、分析するソフトウェアの開発手法を学習するための電子教材を作成した。本教材の特徴は、JavaScript言語を、クラウド側の環境、すなわち、サーバ側のプログラミング言語として用いるのと同時に、クラウドのクライアント側の環境、すなわち、Webブラウザ側のプログラミング言語としても用いることにより、単一のプログラミング言語の知識だけで、クラウド環境実習を演習可能とする点にある。さらに、本教材において開発したシステムの応用として、電子書籍検索エンジン、Web検索エンジン用インターフェイスを構築し、研究成果発表として、2件の論文がBest Papers Awardを受賞した。
