Archi-Commons による建築デザインの共有資源化と住環境の更新

□概要

本研究は、21 世紀において最重要課題となる都市と住環境の問題に対して、建築デザインを共有資源化することで、住まい手などの関係主体をエンパワーし、自律的な住環境の構築・再編集を促す方法論を示すことを目的とする。具体的には、継続的に研究を進めてきたArchi-Commons という方法論を、東京の木造密集市街地の木造家屋の改修プロジェクトに適用し、その有効性を検証することで、建築デザインを資源化することの意義や可能性を明らかにし、そのための方法論をひとつのパッケージとして提示する。現在まで、Archi-Commons をとおしてモクチンレシピというツールが開発され、現在、20 社の不動産管理会社によって利用されている。本年度は、今までの成果を整理し、体系的にまとめる段階である。

□活動成果

本年度は、モクチンレシピの分析や有効性の検証を行った。そのなかで、建築デザインの資源化において、資源そのものの質や特性の分析（コンテンツ分析）と、資源を管理し運用するための仕組み（システム分析）の二軸から分析する必要があることが明確になった。現在、モクチンレシピの「システム」としての性質と実際にそのシステムに格納されている「コンテンツ」の分析を進めている。また、実際にモクチンレシピを使って改修された物件の分析も進めている。

□研究発表

2015年の3月5日〜3月11日まで、国際会議Architectural Association of Asia（AA ASIA）に参加し、研究発表をする予定である。以下、発表の概要を掲載する。

Networking Urbanism
- MOKU-CHIN KIKAKU and New Architectural Trends emerging in Japan-

The aim of the presentation is to discuss a concept named “Networking Urbanism” developed by Yutaro Muraji. By introducing new architectural trends in Japan and also focusing on practice by MOKU-CHIN KIKAKU, a social enterprise managed by Yutaro Muraji, the idea “Networking Urbanism” will be proposed as a new theoretical framework to connect architectural practice and urban design in order to solve social issues and reconstruct social systems. Yutaro Muraji has developed this idea through the context of Japan where society is shrinking, through depopulation, economic depression and so on. By opening up this idea he would like to discuss the possibility of applying the idea in other 21st Century Asian Mega Cities. The presentation consists in 2 parts. The first half will be about architectural practices and new discussions which are particularly current with young architects. After two big earthquakes occurred in 1995 and 2011, and world economic crisis in 2008, there has been continuous discussion about new relation between architecture and society. Yutaro will introduce several projects and discussions based on this context. The other half will focus on MOKU-CHIN KIKAKU, an organization founded by Yutaro Muraji in 2011. By introducing his works and projects, he will give a concrete image of architectural practice based on information technology and new methodology to manage networks layered in the Mega City of Tokyo.
