Reactions and Parameters

All the parameters came either directly from published literatures, or via calculation based on published experimental results. When different parameters are reported by different groups, selection is based on the experiment methods, papers' influence and publish date. Process of transcription and translation have considered time delay.

ECELL Version 3, a whole cell simulation computer software developed by Tomita et al was used to do all the simulations.
